Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once an order has been placed, as all products are made to order and production begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
As all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size/design.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How are your products made?
All of our items are made to order through trusted print partners. This means your T-shirt, hoodie, tote, or mug is freshly printed just for you — not mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse. We use high-quality printing methods (like direct-to-garment and sublimation) to make sure designs look crisp and last.
What materials are used for your products?
Our clothing is made from soft, durable cotton or cotton-blend fabrics, while our mugs and totes are made from sturdy ceramic and canvas. Because we use multiple suppliers, exact materials may vary slightly depending on the product — but every item is chosen for comfort, quality, and everyday use.
Do your items shrink or fade after washing?
If you follow the care instructions (wash inside out, cold cycle, hang dry), your clothing will hold its shape and color for a long time. Some natural fading may occur over time with heavy use, but our printing process is designed for durability.
Do you offer size charts for clothing?
Yes! Every apparel item includes a detailed size chart on its product page. We recommend checking the chart carefully before ordering to make sure you get the best fit.
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
We work with print partners who are committed to on-demand production — which means no overproduction or wasted stock. Many of our items are also produced with water-based inks and shipped in eco-friendly packaging where available.
