At TellUsMore, every item is made to order just for you. This allows us to offer unique, freshly printed designs — but it also means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong design.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. Please review the full policy below:
No Returns or Exchanges for Made-to-Order Items
- All products are custom-printed on demand.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.
- Please double-check your order details (size, design, quantity, and shipping address) before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at Tellusmorestore@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost or Missing Orders
- If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe:
- First, check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at Tellusmorestore@outlook.com, and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Colour Accuracy
- Please note that colours displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual printed product due to monitor settings and printing processes. This is not considered a defect.
Sizing Accuracy
- Due to the nature of manufacturing, product dimensions may vary slightly (up to 1–2 cm) from the listed size. This is within normal production tolerances and is not considered a defect.
Care Instructions Compliance
- Failure to follow recommended care instructions (e.g. washing at high heat or using bleach) may cause damage and is not covered under our replacement policy.
